Saddleback is about to launch a completely new approach to small groups! Our goal is simple: to help everyone in and around our church find friendship and grow in their faith by being a part of a small group this September.
To reach that goal, we'll need an army of leaders to facilitate healthy groups. We're not looking for Bible scholars and you don't need any special experience. All you need is a love for people and a desire to invest in their growth. We'll give you all the training, resources, and support you'll need to succeed and build an awesome group this fall!
