Do I Have To Be A Member Of Saddleback Church To Work Here?
We love when Saddleback members express an interest in working at their church. If you are not a member, we will consider your application, providing you have been an active member of a local church that shares the vision and values of Saddleback. You will be expected to complete our membership requirements within 30 days of your start date, should you be hired.
If you are married, your spouse is also expected to complete the membership requirements.
What Are The Membership Requirements?
Members of our church have completed Activate 1: Find Belonging: How to Belong, been baptized by immersion, and signed the Membership Agreement.

How Do I Volunteer?
There are so many great opportunities for you to use your S.H.A.P.E. (Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences) through volunteering! Human Resources does not coordinate volunteers, but we encourage you to connect with your campus Ministry Team or talk with someone on the patio on the weekend to get started.
How Can I Get Other Help With My Job Search?
Have you taken Activate Step 3: Make a Difference? This is a great step in figuring out how God has SHAPEd you for service and for your career. Our Career Coaching Ministry is a place where you can meet people who help each other in their career searches. This ministry is available to you, even if you are not a member of Saddleback Church!
