Samuel Stephens was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, and affectionately goes by the acronym SAM: South African Man! He completed his Bachelor of Divinity there before moving to the United States in 2019.
He earned his Master’s degree in Theology at Vanguard University while he interned at Saddleback Church. Now, Sam serves as the campus pastor at the Los Angeles campus, guiding people in their walk with Jesus.
Sam has a deep love for learning and is passionate about hearing others share their interests and passions. He believes in the power of stories and is always eager to learn from the diverse experiences of those around him.
