For over four decades, Saddleback has been a church of dreamers—people who dared to believe God for the impossible. Now, it's time to dream again. Not just ordinary dreams, but God-sized visions that will impact generations to come.
This is our chance–our season–to shape the future for decades to come. Through Dream Now, we are investing in the future to see God’s Kingdom grow locally and globally.
Whether it's for your personal life, your family, our church, our community, or the world—we believe that God has dreams bigger than you can imagine. We’ve never been afraid to dream big and act boldly. Now is the time to do it again.
The Dream Now vision is designed to:
Many people today feel lonely and lack purpose. Without dreams for our lives, we die on the inside. God has a better way.

He invites you to know and pursue his dream for your life. He has plans and purposes for all aspects of your life, including your physical, emotional, relational, spiritual, financial, and vocational health.
Many years ago, Saddleback revolutionized counseling and career coaching for the local church and began providing these services to our community. Through the Dream Now initiative, we're going to do it again by equipping you with specialized tools and resources to align every part of your life with God's dreams.
Our mission is to raise up Saddleback Life Coaches who will help every person develop a Life Development Plan. Imagine the impact we could make if every person in our church embraced a clear, God-sized dream and vision for their life, transforming not only themselves but the world around them!
One of God’s primary strategies from the beginning has been to bless the world through strong families that carry the faith from generation to generation. This requires us to dream now for the future of our families.

The Dream Now initiative will launch an effort called Stronger Homes, which will impact families in two ways:
With 25 million residents in Southern California and another 40 million lost people near our international campuses, there is a great need for our church to have an increased level of urgency...

Over the next two years, we are launching a new churchwide emphasis called Love Local to unleash greater love and compassion in our communities. Through the Dream Now initiative, we will provide each campus with resources to meet specific local needs, empowering our whole church family to serve and share the Good News of Jesus in meaningful ways.
This initiative will also increase our efforts to care for vulnerable children, refugees, widows, and orphans, while also addressing food scarcity. As part of this vision, we’ll host regional Mission Summits and How to Share Your Faith Workshops to equip our church for deeper outreach.

To finish the task, we must partner with strategic churches in global gateway cities. The Dream Now initiative will provide resources to help launch PEACE efforts in 5 global hubs, including:
